Descriere

Ordinary Things brings a sculptural and scholarly approach to the work of Sarah Lucas, underlining her status as one of the most significant British artists.

Lucas' sculptures are made of and from the human body, and from the ordinary things that surround us.

Sarah Lucas (born 1962) is an English artist. She is part of the generation of Young British Artists who emerged during the 1990s. Her works frequently employ visual puns and bawdy humour by incorporating photography, collage and found objects.
